INITIAL RESPONSE

When a person requires emergency medical assistance:

  • Call 911
  • Call 911
  • Give the building address, floor location, company name, type of injury, person/people in need of assistance
  • Call Building Security at (312) 440-2911
  • Call Building Security at (312) 440-2911

 

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

When a person requires emergency medical assistance:

  • CPR certified employee begins CPR
  • Retrieve AED
  • Keep the person calm
  • Do not move the person
  • Provide assistance as requested by Emergency Response personnel
  • Inform immediate manager
  • Complete Safety Event Report
  • Call Hospital Security with update at (312) 227-4222
