Personal safety is about risk reduction, using good common sense and trusting your instincts:

& FOLLOW UP

  • Do not open entrance doors to let strangers or those without proper identification onto the floor
  • Wear ID Badge and be observant of those without an identification badge in your work space
  • Do not leave valuables such as laptops, purses, wallets, smartphones, or tablets unattended
  • Keep personal items in a secure location
  • Avoid walking alone at night unless absolutely necessary
  • Avoid shortcuts and dark, isolated areas
