INITIAL RESPONSE

When you witness an infant or child being removed from the area by a stranger:

  • Call “Code Pink” by calling 74444
  • Call “Code Pink” by calling (312) 227-4444
  • Provide information - location, number/ description of suspects, and person abducted
  • Close off the area
  • Secure exits and search the immediate area

 

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

  • Security notifies Police
  • Security/Police conducts search of interior/exterior of facility
  • Social Work completes Safety Event Report
