INITIAL RESPONSE

When you see fire, smoke or something burning:

  • R - Remove individuals from danger
  • A - Activate the fire pull station/Call 911 (Pull station located by office suite exit doors (blue) at the top of the main corridor stairwell and bottom of the stairwell by exit door (red pull stations))
  • A - Activate the fire pull station/Call 911 (Pull station located by office suite exit doors (blue) at the top of the main corridor stairwell and bottom of the stairwell by exit door (red pull stations))
  • C - Close all doors
  • E - Evacuate the area

If you hear the fire alarm or see the strobe light, leave the Building

If you smell smoke activate the fire pull station/ Call 911

If you smell activate the fire pull station/ Call 911

 

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

To extinguish a small fire, locate the ABC fire extinguisher (near the POS desk in the suite):

  • P - Pull the pin
  • A - Aim the nozzle at base of fire
  • S - Squeeze the handles together
  • S - Sweep from side to side

ABC fire extinguisher is used for all types of fires
