INITIAL RESPONSE

When you witness an infant or child being removed from the area by a stranger:

  • Call 911 and site manager
  • Call 911 and site manager
  • Close off the area
  • Do not allow anyone into the area/ room unless directed by Glenview Police

 

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

  • Police conduct search of interior/exterior of facility
  • Complete Safety Event Report
  • Call and update Lurie Hospital Security (312) 227-4222
